Tâches

• – Capable de prendre des responsabilités et de gérer une équipe.
• – Organiser et coordonner la production et la vente au sein votre unité.
• – Veiller en permanence sur l’application des normes de qualité.
• – Capable de recruter son propore équipe.
• – Responsable pour l’administration journalière, la gestion de caisse
• – Chargé de gérer les commandes : suivi administratif, optimisation de la marge.
• – S’occuper de la clôture hebdomadaire et périodique des inventaires
• -En mesure de donner des formations et d’évaluer vos collaborateurs
• -Capable de rédiger et de faire le suivi de l’administration du personnel.
• – Contribuer, de façon régulière, au recrutement et à la formation des nouveaux équipiers.
• -Dépendance directe du propiétaire restaurant.
• – Participer au service.

Profil

• – Au moins quatre ans d’expérience dans l’horeca
• – En la possession d’un permis de conduire B et de votre propre voiture est un plus
• – Une bonne connaissance du Français et de l’Anglais.
• – En la possession d’un diplôme CESS.
• – Disposé à travailler le soir et le weekend, jours fériés.
